Poor management, poor people skills, unprofessional, poor organisation and i imagine rubbish quality cherries aswell, robs backpackers!!

Having lived on site and worked here for 12 months now, I can attest to the very professional management of this packhouse and orchard facility. Now knowing from experience the time and effort that goes into maintaining and upgrading this site, I can recommend it as a great place to work and reside. Horrible place ! Treat like slaves , manager couldn't run a piss up in a brewery. Stole $220 off us . Dont work here . Avoid like the plague .

It is indeed a good place to work if you get to be a picker. If you get work in the packhouse you'll get minimum wage and very varying working hours. Sometimes you'll get notified in the morning that you don't work today and the next day you'll have to work 16 hours. That beeing said, management is obviously not good and not organized and frankly most of them are not friendly.

Had central Pac do my exporting picking again, great team of multi nationals and running the operation is a great bunch of Kiwis. Very organised very fair and I would recommend them for anyone wanting to pack cherries or work in the industry.
