Update on review:Since my first review two months ago (see below), I wish to update as Beveridges had been very proactive in addressing the concerns that I raised and rectifying all issues that were existing. There were a number of direct communications and all locks and security measures are now in place. Thank you Beveridges. I'll be using your service again.First review:Made a phone contact for front door repair. Was advised no regular appointment spots available for approximately 1 week. Was offered an emergency A/H service at an additional cost for the same day which I accepted. Was advised I'd be contacted prior to arrival any time after 5pm. Gave up after 10pm, received no communications in the 2 days since.

Great customer service. Replaced a missing chip for my Mitsubishi Lancer I had just purchased. Very quick to sort issue, fit new chip and program. Great price. Helped by Sean who was very professional and efficient. All round awesome experience. Thank you very much, its appreciated!

I have used Beverage Locksmiths twice in the past. Prices are never the cheapest, but they get the job done. One thing that annoyed me is that despite their store being less than 5min walk away, they refuse to attend without charging a call out fee. Today when I called at 3:45pm, they tell me they are booked out for the rest of the day they would not be able to attend until after 5pm and as a result of their inability to attend in a timely manner I would need to compensate them by paying after hours fees. Total bill: $190.They expected me to compensate their inability to perform the required service when I needed it. What kind of business is so arrogant to demand this?I told the call taker I would seek out the competition, at which point she laughed and said good luck" before hanging up. I sought out that competition

Beware of they can not fix the car they well charge you a huge amount for travel.So you looking at over $250 just for call out even if they can't fix it.I would definitely try someone else first
