Arigato Mum's Sushi
We were very happy to see vegan options in Ōtaki as there really isn’t much variety around! We had the vegan dumpling ramen and some sushi. Very yummy and friendly staff too. Will be going back to try the donburi :)

Arigato Mum's Sushi
I visited them today for some salmon sushi, at least half of them had green on the fish(Expired) I dodged the green pieces but the salmon i purchased had a weird texture, looks like the salmon is frozen before the sushi is made, this is a big no-no with traditional sushi, you want it to be fresh.Hoping that i just came in at a bad time and maybe got unlucky, as the service is great. friendly people.Sen sushi in coastlands is easily a 4 stars for me. worth the drive in my opinion. would gladly shop here regularly if they served fresher salmon as I have no other real complaints.

We enjoyed our meal. The lady was nice and had better customer service then the little old man whom couldn't speak English properly nor could he understand it either. They all need some happiness and manners. Not my cuppa tea however the meal was still nice and toilets were clean.

Very fresh and tasty sushi at a reasonable price. My whānau and I love going here. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also make good meals i.e the Chicken Teriyaki Donburi.

It's ok. It's not Japanese or Korean or Chinese. I'd call it a NZ version of sushi with an emphasis on deep frying.

Amongst all the bakeries and fast food shops this is a beacon of light. Nice sushi at a reasonable price served by friendly people.

Brilliant actually. Looks like a cheap fast food place, but presentation, cleanliness, friendliness, prices and flavours are on point...This meal with an organic Apple and Guava drink for $3.50 was less than fourteen dollars all up... Really stoked with happy staff and finding this place.Shot Otaki.
