I had a leak with my boiler and called them, someone arrived the next day, Sean had a look at the system and quickly found the problem, a split pipe, he then proceeded to replace the pipe with a better quality one that wouldn't split again.While he was on site he serviced the boiler and under floor system.I'm still waiting for the bill but am happy to pay it due to the quality of the service given by the company and Sean.While he was onsite he was pleasant and professional, he recommended I go to a yearly service from the two yearly I was on but also said it didn’t have to be with them, so he didn't try to sell me anything or push me for using their services, he was there to do a job do it quickly do it well and let me get on with my day.A five star job!
