JB Hi-Fi Lynn Mall

very helpful staff, didn't nag all the time and only approached once upon store entry or when asked for help. let me have a look in peace. thank you TAAJ great salesperson helped me over the weekend! will come back

This store is a shocker, I walked around this store looking at high-end soundbars (all 1k+) for over 30min & wasn’t greeted, approached or even acknowledged by any staff.only when i was leaving, i found them all out by the front door laughing & being silly..I would rather go elsewhere, to where at least the basics of customer service are followed.

Excellent service, lots of variety in their vinyl collection. Guy at counter was really helpful today.

I just had the worst experience ever. Don't remember the guys name. I'm guessing manager or at least supervisor. Goudy I think he said. They were late opening. Time was already 10 past 9. I asked how long before they open. He said I don't know maybe 30 minutes or 1 hour. There was even staff from the mall there trying to find out why they weren't open. He ended up coming out under the not open door and ripped off his store I'd and became aggressive towards me. Yelling and behaving in a threatening manner. Wouldn't even give me his name at first. Suggesting that we walk away from the store so I'm not a customer trying to provoke me into a fight. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. Should be sacked. Absolutely no excuse for that. Recommend staying well away from this store.

Really rude customer service for absolutely no reason. Had a very condescending staff member be rude over a mistake that someone had made. Rather than acknowledging it and apologizing, they decided being condescending was a better fit.

LOCATION: in a mall. Always lots of parking. Not on Queen St - love that. WAIT TIME: zero wait time, served immediately. CUSTOMER SERVICE: warmly greeted by security, then efficiently served by counter staff. Good job everyone. It's a JB Hi-Five from me.

I come here alot for there Funko pops they have a really nice selection and at a good price, definitely recommend JB Hi-Fi

Absolutely fantastic store and service. Busy as, but friendly and helpful. Prices are great, deals are great. All in all 5 stars. Highly recommended

In store service is quick and efficient. If they haven't got what you want want will order or check other stores. Good specials.

Their staff never smiles and treats us as if we are asking them for charity. I recently chased them for my android repair which I bought from there. Hopeless customer service. However the only helpful guy there was RYAN. Super supportive, smiling, went extra mile and gave all the information needed. His colleagues should learn from him
