My experience is always great. They have all spices,lentils and frozen stuff. Get my all indian groceries from there. Close to city and walk in distance from my home.

This is what people need to be eating, real food. Instead, too many are drinking coke, eating burgers, fries, fried chicken, deep fried food. These inflammatory foods slowly make you sick, fat, tired, then pre-diabetic, and eventually cancerous. Every year, two people are diagnosed with cancer daily in Hawke's Bay. (look it up). Obesity and the death-rates could be dropped significantly if more people consumed a diet rich in legumes like lentils, beans, nuts, seeds, and all the wonderful fresh healthy foods available in our district. Buy whole foods!

Tiny little shop had a little trouble finding but great price had for what I wanted next time I'm up it'll be worth the detour, step up to the herbs and spices could difficult for a mobility impaired person. pleasant staff thanks
