I had a very weird experience here.I asked for some work to be done on an engagement ring that I had bought online, as well as an evaluation for insurance purposes.I handed the ring over the counter to the main guy here (Warren, maybe) and told him I had purchased it from eBay. He took one look at the ring and claimed that the stones were all Cubic zirconias (not diamonds as I had thought). Then he briefly held his tester on it (without showing me the results) and said 'Yup, they're CZ's. I was pretty sure that wasn't the case as the place I had purchased it from had excellent reviews

I had the delight of being assisted with some jewellery alterations recently by Alex. Excellent customer service care and attention to detail made the experience one to remember. Alex made wonderful suggestions that I had not seen … her artful eye an added extra to the experience. Highly recommend.

Beautiful store with a great selection of personal or gift jewellery.The visit was with a friend as we wanted advice on some antique jewellery and Jade necklaces.Definitely going back to choose some personal items and maybe lucky 'rellies' will receive nice pieces from me!

Another watch battery replacement. Great shop and done while you wait. Gives you just a wee bit of time to drool over very cool jewellery in the shop. Love this place with friendly people

Mastership and great customer experience, twice now!My partner and I took a silver ring with complex patterns on it to this shop couple years ago. We wanted it sized up. They took the ring and confirmed first that they could do it without altering the patterns.Final result after resizing was perfect.This year, we went in and asked for our bespoke rings to be made, with a special twist engraved in the inside (an atypical small character we drew).They have been amazing at taking the time to find the right ring for both of us, and they explored options about the character engraving before confirming to us.Final result is exactly what we wanted.Definitely recommend :)

Warren was excellent and willing to work with my own ideas and make them tangible, while providing great practical insight too, ending up with a very unique, bespoke piece that we were very happy with. Super friendly, and fairly quick too.
