Queenstown Gardens Disc Golf
Had so much fun at this place and a great thing to do for a pretty chill 2hrs or so. Rented some discs from one of the local sports shops, walked down to the gardens and had a blast! Such a beautiful course and love that it is FREE (except for $10 disc hire). An awesome activity for a lazy day in Queenstown!

Frisbee golf is so much fun and it's free. A great place to meet like minded people. Coffee cart, even a bar at the bowling club. The skate park is scarily good. Then there is the ice rink. Worth an afternoon.

Loved it. It is family friendly, our 5y old boy did the complete course. Score sheets and discs are available in some sport stores down town.

Amazing disc golf course that is nestled in amongst amazing tall tries that provide a nice cool environment for playing on a hot summers day.We found the course to be beginner friendly if you focus on accuracy over power.You will want your ‘throw straight’ game to be on point as there will be a lot of threading the needle through the trees, though that is a lot of the charm of the course.Had a great time and can’t wait to be back.

We enjoyed this game!The ice rink hires frisbees but because they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays we then walked into town and to the i-site & got ours from them.This game is played under the well spaced out mature trees and makes an excellent hot weather activity. We found it a load of laughs with our low skill levels but it would be even more challenging on a windy day. Great for gentle exercise.Look for the marked starting point on lawn 7 and work your way around the peninsula.Unfortunately this site is not suitable for those in wheelchairs - but there's beautiful gardens right next to the course for them to enjoy whilst you are playing

A very scenic course worth the walk. The course is very technical with heaps of obstacles. Would not recommend the course to newbies or beginners. Apart from that, a nice layout which takes you around the full park. Good tee pads and most chains are visible from the tee. A good mix of par 3 and 4 holes.
