Do your homework and find a more reputable company to deal with incase something goes wrong. I purchased a Pokie machine as a gift for my husband over a year ago and it has never worked from day one. The delivery from Auckland to Christchurch was mucked up and it didn’t even arrive in time for my husband’s birthday. Not only was this disappointing but it also arrived damaged in which GamingNZ1 have claimed insurance but not attempted to fix our machine - coming up a year now. Communication has been frustrating trying to get hold of either Tracey and Aaron, but dealing with the broken promises has been the worst. Very frustrating experience but I have been more than polite and patient, so this is a fair review.
