I rarely write reviews, but I could not recommend Device Fixx less. They are dishonest and unprofessional.I took my phone in there to get fixed, they said it would take 3 days and it ended up taking over 2 weeks- without my phone even being fixed. They made me pay $40 to take my phone back and said they would let me know when they are able to fix it, however I never got an email back. I found out that it was dead in the back room for those two weeks. I work from my phone and this was extremely upsetting.At another instance, my partner took his phone to get the back glass fixed. Not only was it expensive to fix and took them longer than they said, but they actually broke the phone and lost his SIM card. He ended up having to take it to OnDevice and they helped him right away.This is just my individual experience with DeviceFixx, however I have friends with awful experiences as well. The staff in DeviceFixx will tell you that they can do anything in just a couple of days, but I would not trust them with your device. Perhaps other people have had positive experiences but mine and my partner's could not have been more frustrating and a waste of money and time.

As a company we use Device Fixx (in Gisborne) for all our iPhone and iPad repairs and the service is excellent. Great prices, quick and excellent quality repairs and a great team to work with. Would not recommend anyone else but these guys! Good Work and Affordable.

Pretty gutted with device fix……Dishonest and very unprofessional.My phone came back looking terrible AND they lost my SIM card and were laughing about it. Not very funny.I went around the corner to ondevice and he was great!

I DONT recommend these people they are ripoffs. I have had to drive 1H &30mins twice now because they called to say my device was fixed both times there was a issue they could have checked before ringing to let me know and you can’t get hold of their manager. No solution was offered for wasting my gas or time the only solution they offered was they could post it in the mail when it’s ready saving me a third trip but they didn’t offer this the other 2 times I had already made this trip, and you can’t even talk to the manager only by email or on the weekends. I HONESTLY SUGGEST YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR STUFF FIXED
