Willow and Wolfe

Having done a fair amount of research to find a company that offered great-value hampers with genuine artisan products, I settled on Willow and Wolfe, who ticked all the boxes with their extensive range of deli, alcohol, pantry and sweet items for the 'build your own' option. They appeared to have the best range of items to choose from at affordable prices. I couldn't be more delighted, they were responsive and helpful when it transpired I hadn't added a basket to my order, and resolved super quickly, to get my order away in time for Christmas. Couldn't recommend highly enough. A delightful company.

I ordered a hamper for my Mums birthday, they live in a rural town so I expected delivery to take a little longer. She got it within 3 days and loves it! Thank you

I ordered a beautiful gift hamper for elderly relatives in the South Island. It was dispatched promptly, and when it looked like the courier system (due to Christmas craziness) had slowed and we weren’t sure if it would make it in time, Willow and Wolf were quick to follow it from their end (even offering to send a 2nd hamper). So very kind of them however thankfully it was all delivered. Presentation was perfect and the recipients were thrilled.If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. A very satisfied customer in Australia.

If I could give more stars to this outstanding company, I would! I have placed two orders with Willow and Wolfe this year and have been delighted with both the products and the customer service. The handwritten notes that come with each gift hamper are so special and a truly beautiful touch. And as for the team? Phenomenal. There was an error with my second order with an item being out of stock and because they were so keen to get it out quickly, they replaced it with a product I wasn't so keen on. As soon as I contacted them they responded with a sincere apology, transparency in what had happened, and a desire to make things right - the replaced product is now being sent out with no extra charge on top of what was already sent. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you Sherman and team for all that you do and keep up the amazing work!
