Informed me upon initial contact that he was not available for work until a later time, yet he still appeared interested in my offer. I attempted to still get a quote, hoping to work around his schedule. After 2 weeks without any reply, I called up, where I was informed he now had better jobs in the city and was not at all interested" in our rural property.This wouldn't have been as much of an issue if he at least had the courtesy to inform us of this decision earlier
