Arrogant, rude, lying, this is an whole horrible customer service!!I placed two orders to your sales rep and on your web page with freight free amount, but they sent me webpage order alone and charged me an freight fee. So I rang them and said I even put an memo that pls send them together. However, the office lady told me we don't know what happened to the sales rep order and me, I have to sort it out with her. I said that's your job, Robert mark is one company, you're not separate office and you should not pass on your responsibility to the customer.And she's just hung up the phone while I was talking on. Oh my god !!! this kind of lady's actions degrade the quality of Robert mark as a whole.
