Shaneel and Finn offers excellent customer service. We've been honest and upfront with our situation as first home buyer and right away these guys understand our finance and legal needs. We did not regret coming to their showhome in 28 Malone Road, Mount Wellington for us to appreciate and feel the quality of their finished project. The location they offered suits our daily needs. We did not feel any pressure during our purchasing decision. At this stage we are very happy with the outcome of being with Titus. We are looking forward to our new warm home.

I'm very happy with the customer service provided by Titus group, namely Finn Cable who has guided me through the sales process, answering all of my questions and getting my concerns sorted out. I'm currently waiting to move in to my first home expected to be built at the end of the year.

Bought our first home from Titus group. We deal with Phil directly, who supported us through the procees. Really had a good experience, and if we have any issue, they respond immediately to get it resolved.

After a less than good experience with another developer which went nowhere, Titus were a breath of fresh air. Very communicative and transparent about the entire process, being very accommodating with our requests and questions and providing regular build updated with photos of construction progress. As first home buyers, the whole process can be daunting but Finn was excellent at guiding us through it. Highly recommend.

Not impressive for the communication with Sales Shaneel. Great building work, but lack of communication on projected settlement date, actually misleading. False representation and misleading comments regards to floor variation condition before signing the S&P Agreement. Nil responsibility taken. Will complain to commerce commission, REA and etc.Had the worst experience, pls try to avoid if you can. Good luck.RE your below reply: the variation was discussed with Shaneel at the time BEFORE signing the SPA, so I would expect this will be done as a part of the agreement, not - with extra cost. Additionally, I asked for update from your sales agent, it's his professional advice I reasonably replied on - which there was negligent misstatement that has an legal effect.

It was a great experience working with Finn and Shaneel. We are first home buyers looking to get into the market but were very specific about the location we wanted. We first got in touch with the team with their Ellerslie Living project but we were not ready at that time. Needless to say, we continued to check their latest developments and when the opportunity with the Mt Wellington development came up, we reached out. Finn has been very honest and forthcoming with us. He also went through the model home again and answered all our questions.What really sold us with the team was how they think about us as a family and made suggestions/variations that would also include what our children would want. Beyond the sales, the experience has excellent customer service. They also kept in touch and made sure they answer all our questions even during godforsaken hours.We look forward to continuing working with them towards the completion of the development and moving in to hour first home.

Titus has made the whole process super easy for buying my first home. They provided recommendations for lawyers, mortgage brokers and were proactive in helping us get the deal over the line. Finn has been awesome to deal with and has kept us updated throughout the build. We cannot wait to move in. Couldnt fault their performance
