Would not provide proof of return receipt. It's a requirement requested by the sender when returning items. Not a fully functioning post shop. Recommend going to Kiwibank Postshop instead, it's just as close and has the capability to actual handle your postal needs.

Ladies at the counter had no clue what they were doing. Customer service not the greatest, stood in que to give my package for them to courier and got ignored multiple times

I have shopped here a few time's picked up a magazine a water bottle even chewing gum.I have also used their posting systemWhich was a bit longer than usual explaining what certain requirements were needed to send my parcel over seas.
