Didn't support me with my business vehicle, shafted sideways by Toyota NZ. Not impressed and would not recommend any potential new Toyota buyers to reconsider !

Unfortunately my experience with Toyota Insurance has been well below the standard I received in store/dealership.After a recent accident (not at fault) I was assured that everything had been sorted and I wouldn't need to pay any excess on repairs.Arriving at Panel Beater I was informed I had to pay excess in order for repairs to be complete.After many attempts to contact the Toyota Insurance agent handling my case, I was told she remains unavailable and this matter remains unresolved (4 months later), despite providing a Police report with other party details.Do not waste your time, money or mental health with Toyota insurance, currently moving across to Medical Insurance Society.
