I recently visited Partridge to select a celebratory timepiece for myself and upon entering the store, I was greeted by Sarah Philp who was incredibly friendly and personable. Sarah took the time to connect with me to understand what I was after and was really patient and accommodating at my request to try on several different watches.Big thank you to Sarah and team for making the entire process such a smooth one! Great environment but price bit too high compared to overseas market as the buying power as a dealer is same and repair is unbelievably high unexpectable.We can't match some product in-store with local made, as there is nothing to match but till we get a product ready than look at competing oversea market products, and if we can repair it we can build our own but different name and till that's sorted stick to the tag that's tag ok. Plus look at repair price way too much you comparing it with selling price that's not fare unless you use local products which sadly nz can't or hasn't done as yet. recently repaired work was great but price for work done not justified, usually polish come free a d overall service should not acceed $500-$600NZ dollars plus what ever repair sone old parts get returned and I didn't receive any as there was only a rotor loose issue.Please if you need more customers for new products coming be reasonable by increasing the price as such make NZ looks expensive and loss revenue and profit it self because it's just sitting on self for years by then new fashion comes in, and make it extremely hard for your local buyers to even have a luxury.

In June 2022 I nervously started my search for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend. I have had a bespoke ring created to celebrate my 30th this year and the experience and process has been amazing from choosing the size and shape of a yellow diamond!! Jolanta in Wellington and Vivian in Christchurch have been a pleasure to work with in the process as well as considering my budget. I am in love with my ring :)

Do not use for any watch repair. I took my omega to be looked at in 2018 as it was loosing time and was told it needed a full service with multiple part replacements which I paid $1400. Again I returned a few years later with the same problem and this time was told exactly the same thing with a cost of $2000, I asked for the watch to be returned and took it to a reputable watch expert for a second opinion who examined and noted the original service to be sub-standard with not even oiling carried out. This has been service correctly and adjusted for $650. I believe the practice at Partridges unscrupulous, fraudulent and unethical, and will now consider my options for reimbursement of the original fee and a complaint to Omega.
