Patel was awesome and so was Dan ( hope I got the name right)However the cashier and other person who tried to sell us defenitly need training - it's good to ask questions, but involving questions pointing to someone's race ethnic believes wasn't cool especially the way it was asked was beyond rude .You can ask same question nicely without pointing to ethnicity and local beleifs.I would have walked straight out the way question by third customer service person asked , however that would have been disregard to Patel and Dan's awesome customer service.We were upsold but Patel sold us the value in form of products and without hesitation we bought it and thanks for that.We will again buy and refer as long as Patel and Dan are working here.

Harvey Norman had some Jabra headphones advertised as in stock online so I placed an order. Later in the day I received a phone call to say they didn't have the stock available. I now have to wait up to 4 business days for my refund to processed. Please don't sell items that aren't in stock!

In store quite some time, has to literally search for a customer service representative. Once we found one he was very helpful. We got what we wanted so that's the best outcome
