My name is Douglas Victor Lambert and found that I needed to revise and update my will that had been written and filed with Public Trust, Palmerston North New Zealand. I was working with the very efficient and professional Charlotte Tatana-Clarkson. Charlotte forwarded my previous will on line to me and I was able to adjust and change my will in my own time. I had declared that the Public trust would be the executor of my will. I sent my updated will back to her and she checked it for overall accuracy and clarity. We then made an appointment for me to sign my will and to have it witnessed.On arriving for the signing, Charlotte went through the will carefully going over what my wishes were. There were places where I had to initial the will. I had asked her to arrange a witness which she did. I signed my will. Charlotte and another witness signed the will and the mission was completed. Charlotte printed out my will and gave me two copies of the will in a professional folder. Thank you Charlotte. I appreciate your guidance and effort. My wife and I have been married for nearly 55 years and the Public Trust has held our wills for all of these years.
