Wow after calling different companies to fix my dads window, the glass shoppe were superb. Came on time and very polite worker according to my dad. Will use again when doing renovations. Highly recommend

Really fantastic service! I had a very quick response to my email enquiry and my job was booked in for the following day. The tradesman actually ended up coming the same day because some bad weather was due to arrive. The tradesman (Declan) was friendly and completed the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

The tradesman was good at his job and the work was completed in good time. He was punctual and cleaned everything up after himself.The office side was a bit average. They twice booked a day which I had said we couldn't do but got it right on the third try.Happy with the price and Gold Card discount.

I was so impressed with the service the Glass Shoppe gave me. a window was broken by a scaffold pipe and within an hour the glazier arrived and made the window water tight for the weekend. Arrangements were made for the repairs to be completed in 3 days. I was most surprised and thankful that it was completed in 2 days. I am absolutely impressed with my initial response until the job was completed. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We were looking for a glass shelf to go in our new kitchen. But we did not want to drill into the new tiles.So I went into the Glass Shoppe in Lower Hutt and spoke to them about it and ask for their advise.All the staff from the Receptionist to the Tradespeople listened to my request, offered advise, suggestions and options in a positive and helpful way.I ordered the glass and they contacted me within the week to say it was ready.It was exactly what we agreed on and once fitted, it looks amazing.We had a similar experience when we got a leadlight window restored by them a couple of years.I could not ask for better service.I recommend them for any new or old glass work.
