This BP has the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen. I think of BP as a company that takes pride in its service to their customers and a hygienic restroom should be STANDARD. You can tell it hasn't been properly cleaned in months. Absolutely REVOLTING. All kinds of human excretions from all orifices' were seen on my visit today. Please do better BP ulster Street...These photos don't do the grime build up justice.

I WAS just at this PB and got petrol. Then need to use the toilet but it closes at 10pm it wasn't even 10pm. But they would not let me use the TOILET THE GIRL SAID NO!!!!!! This is a ridiculous policy to uphold. I WILL NOT BE USING THAT PB AGAIN :( yes customer service is dying

The worst petrol station in Hamilton WHITIORA BP CONNECT. Staff are under trained, have no customer service skills, don't know their products or what the products policies are once purchased. They are rude, not helpful at all and obviously don't enjoy their working there. Highly recommend you avoid purchasing anything from BP Connect Whitiora Hamilton. The worst fuel station in New Zealand. Management also needs to be replaced as this is probably where it all starts. Bad management reflicking on staff, therefore staff following suite. I witnessed a bad situation caused by staff's lack of product knowledgment, which lead to management being informed. Only to watch management admit to her staff's lack of proper company policy service, wrongful information relayed to customer on a purchase that the customer did not want and management took no responsibility nor did she offer a obviously easy solution (by paying the customer back the funds that were not showing up as a return or refund in customers account. Causing frustration, anger and disbelief to the customer) she did nothing but respond with I will speak to the staff member. It was proven the staff members (both) made a crucial mistake, management agreed and confirmed this had happened but did nothing.Unreal, I hope BP leadership team in the UK sees this, as NZ has no one you can contact to speak to about horrible situations like this as what I saw. SHAME ON YOU..BP WHITIORA HAMILTON NZ.

This BP is great for a quick stop, and amazing staff.Toilets need a bit of work, and clean up each visit though, may need extra staff on board not just 2 staff.

Excellent wash. I vacuum & perfumed the vehicle. Perfume ran out, and the staff replaced immediately. Great service.
