Super responsive. Their shop is actually just around the corner from my work, but I chose to order for home delivery anyway. I think that it took two days.I had a couple of challenges getting things configured at first. But, they respond quickly. By quickly, I mean within minutes unless it is a weekend possibly. Even then, it is pretty quick.Bonus picture of my chickens.

electronic world are Great!! was given their e-mail by a competitor after i had given up trying to find new batteries for my 30 yr old camcorder. thought ( like me ) it was past sell by date! but no, Jason, bless him, came up trumps, and now i have FOUR new batteries. extends camcorder life for another decade. deserves SIX STARS!
