Am loving this ladies gym. I have tried many gyms in the past and have never felt so comfortable and supported until now.

Great place to sweat away the stress. Mel is amazing, straight to the point and honest 100% of the time. She makes sure you know exactly what you need to be doing in order to achieve your goals and she pushes you to do so. The gym itself has a friendly non judgemental atmosphere, as soon as you walk in there always someone with a smile on their face ready to say hi! Everyone is super supportive. Highly recommended

What an absolutely amazing gym!!!! I was in a rut and couldn’t seem to drag myself out of it, binge eating and being lazy and getting bigger and bigger. Until one day I decided to walk in and sign up. I joined the re-kondition me program which not only helped me loose 13kg but let me get to know a fabulous bunch of ladies and have fun while exercising (who knew that was possible!). The owner is one of the most genuine people I have met. She calls a spade a spade and a tree a tree. If you want sugar coated poop then maybe this isn’t the place for you, but if you want solid advice and guidance with a hearty side of laughs and lots of fun, then best you sign up!

I only wanted to join a women's gym and this one is great. It has a friendly, welcoming environment and I can get a new programme, for free, every couple of months which keeps me motivated. I also use the sauna once a week which is a good addition alongside exercise. You have access to the gym via an app which means you can go when you feel like it. Gym has a great range of equipment.
