After contacting Pipewise Plumbing Beth and Aaron came to look at my gas water heating which was giving me a problem after only 12 months since having been installed.Then Tom and an apprentice came out. I was eavesdropping for awhile and was so impressed with Tom explaining what they were doing in such an easy manner. It was obvious his apprentice was not only enjoying learning the skill but he seemed to be enjoying the work as well.The result was fantastic. We had Pipewise repair a poorly installed set of water pipes for nine units in our complex and they were brilliant. The other unit owners were also impressed and wanted their details for future reference. They did a quality repair instead of a patch up which had been done several times over the previous 30 years with failures each time. They came quickly and communicated well re the arrival of the components they had to source for the job, and completed the job efficiently and professionally.We recommend them for any plumbing job.

Solid down to earth folks who know their stuff, inherited an odd plumbing fault that was in the previous owners 'too hard basket'. Pipewise diagnosed and confirmed the complex heated water issue, sourced and fitted parts within a zero-muck around time frame. PW communication was brilliant, well served by an office I was kept up to date throughout, and guys on site were able to explain in easy to understand laungage aspects of fault and provide further education and knowledge which was addedd to our maintenance documentation. Will use again.
