The second box of Christmas lights my friend purchased were not the colour shown on the box label, and different from the first, so we visited to swap them. The shop did not have any more in stock but the shop assistant rang other stores to find a replacement. Staff in another branch checked 12 boxes and they were all wrong too, so the assistant said she was going to the Porirua store the next day and would look there. Great personal service above and beyond... much appreciated

Staff are always helpful and bubbly but today Kanti went more than the extra mile. When I asked him for a product, not only did he tell me where it was located but offered to fetch it for me - not once but twice! Top service and very much appreciated.

Today I got exceptional service from this Bunnings stores. A very pleasant shopping experience. The staff Inthe bathroom section was knowledgeable and very willing to lend a hand. It was easy to find (and buy) e shower and vanity we needed. A wide range of high-quality products, well-organized and easy to ship in.
