I travel across town for Dr Josh. We work together to sort the best path forward. I have been referred to a specialists when necessary. I always feel heard.

I have recently changed to this practice and two of my three visits I didn't have to wait but went straight through to the consultation room.Friendly doctors.

I largely go to these dudes for mental health and addiction issues. Doctor's that won't drug you up, but instead encourage personal development along with a medicinal supplement. I've been to doctors that address symptoms, these guys address issues.

Josh is amazing nurse has an attitude problem avoid dealing with her she's rude.

Great doctors. Awesome nurses and receptionists. Very helpful and kind.

This morning when I called there, I asked if it is available this afternoon, the lady who picked up the phone said no. After that, she kept asking me questions, including what type of visa I was holding, how long my visa lasted for, etc. When she told me it would be very expensive to see the doctor there, I said I went to another centre before, I had insurance to cover so I knew it, then she said, so why dont you go to another one? I explained to her it was more convenient for me to go to theirs, and then she said why dont you go to the Riccarton Clinic one, it would be much cheaper. Then I said thanks and we finished talking. I dont know how you feel when you read this passage, but my feeling let me mark one star or even less for this experience!
