Very helpful quick service

Unfortunately, the service here is variable, if it's very simple alterations to shorten the length of pants, then it's good enough. If you need complicated alterations done, do not bring it here. I had a silk blouse from Ralph Lauren that needed sleeve length alteration and the job done was poor - hems were not straight and button hole was poorly done. My white dress pants from Cue were ruined as the waist alterations were not straight and there were areas where material was bunching and also the length was too short despite telling her exact instructions.Also, when I went to pickup, alterations were not finished and she asked me to return another day saying she needed to clarify a few details with me despite previous discussions were already made.I could tell she couldn't finish the work in time. And when it is finally ready, I could tell the quality of work done was poor as it was hastily done.I was recommended to use her service but I realised, if I need very professional work done on expensive clothes, bring it somewhere else.
