Easy to deal with experience. Simple call and pickup was fast from AKL airport. Ladies at the front desk were fantastic and very friendly. Car was fine. Would use again

Excellent vehicle, got a free upgrade, lovely friendly staff, easy company to deal with. Free shuttle was very efficient - would highly recommend.

Excellent Service. Great value, clean car and good quality/condition. Service was so helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport couldn't have been easier. Angel helped return us to the airport on our return day and she was so friendly and helpful. No issues at all and will use again in the future!

Please read our story before you buy their service.My friend and I booked their car for 8 days. After we landed in Queenstown, we decided to upgrade to a car with GPS. They charged us upgrade fee straightaway. The road trip was all good except on day 7. A rock from the tyre of a coming truck hit our windshield. When we returned the car, the staff from the company explained that because we did not buy insurance from them but from third party, they had to charge us first, and provided us with invoice so that we could claim from insurance, which we accept. They charged us $3000 for change a windshield. But on the pro-forma invoice, they double charged the upgrade fee. We called them in the airport, and they said they will fix it. However, they still not fix yet….Also, they haven’t provided us a proper invoice so we still cannot make a claim….in a nutshell, the experience dealing with them is like they only care about charge our credit card with out a proper solution for their custom especially for us from a different nation…

We were picked up from the airport by a very friendly happy young guy.The vehicle so far is great. We are only 2nd day into our 7 day holiday.

I will never rent from this company again!Our rental car broke down when a rock or stone caused the car to overheat. This happened early afternoon in Tirau. We contacted Moto who told us to call AA who would come out straight away. We did this, paid $150 call out fee then waited until mechanic arrived. We contacted Moto again for some sort of support & advice on what to do, we got none. We ended up waiting in our rental car for 5 ½ hours until towed to workshop (it was raining, couldn’t even get out to go anywhere), by this time it was 7.30/8pm. We had accommodation booked in Taupo, no way to get there as no public transport so had no choice but to get a taxi $321.We got a replacement car 24 hours after car broke down & when I contacted Moto again to get reimbursement for taxi, this was here response –The car is back with our mechanic, and it has been found that a rock or stone has hit the front bumper and damaged the compressor found behind the bumper. This will be classed as an accident.I have no idea how this can be called an accident, this company does not care & thankfully we were in a position to pay call out of $150 as well as taxi $321, but I’m sure some other people might not have been & would have been left out on the street. Just imagine if we were non-English-speaking tourists, or young girls abandoned in a little town, or elderly people who may not have known what to do under these circumstances.Shame on you Moto, if you are proudly 100% Kiwi owned & operated, then I am very embarrassed to be a kiwi if this is how you treat your customers!

Awful, cound NOT understand good reviews. Old car, without assistance systems, low motorized, unfriendly Indian staff, which did not say thank you and please, could not greet. Very arrogant, but I don't know why, they are not beautiful enough to marry and lazy to fulfill the given work. Went to the car in slow motion and chatted around with the Indian driver. Customers had to wait till they finished their chat. Maybe they grew up in a barn. Middle friendly the Chinese branch manager. Summarize not worth to rent here at Moto car: higher rental fee, Ace was better in every matter and 30% cheaper.

Vaishalli is a star. She waited over an hour after closing for us to get to there to collect our car. We were so grateful! Lovely car. Very spacious. Great rate. Shuttle to and from airport. Contact them first to arrange collection.
