Bought two bruxism mouthguards, ultra slim but only one arrived and the moulding process was followed and yet the mouth guard is terrible. Numerous emails and no response. Possibly $140 down the drain!

Bought a mouthguard which ended up not working for me and was uncomfortable. Emailed them 10 days ago about getting a refund as described by their own money back guarantee, but haven't heard anything back. Would not recommend

I would not recommend buying from here. I bought the snorblok nitepro with the 30 day money back guarantee but there is only an email for contact and nobody responds when contacted. I would save your money. I've lost $97 in the hope of getting a good nights sleep but this company has poor customer service and just want your money with empty promises. Avoid.

I purchased the thin bruxism mouth guard and was disappointed with it, cannot use it and would not recommend. Its very thick and does not mold to the teeth despite having followed the instructions perfectly, it falls out unless I bite down on it hard (which worsens my TMJ pain). I think its a choking hazard and I would not sleep with it in. The product page for this mouth guard had a photo of it being worn where it looks very thin and conforms closely to the teeth, I'm certain this photo is not the product I received as I reverse image searched it and its a stock image of an Invisalign retainer. Unfortunate purchase.

I am unhappy with my purchase of the SOVA bruxism mouth guard. It is just a little piece of plastic, how can that possibly be worth anything close to $60? It seems like the case would be more expensive to produce than the guard. I have been unable to mold it into a comfortable fit and tried to reach out to Snorblok on two occasions over two weeks and they have never replied to me. I would like to return the mouth guard.
