Absolutely amazing customer service. The RC plane I had was faulty out of the box, though as a newby to RC flying, it was equally possible I was doing something wrong. Linton at RC hobbies spent ages on the phone with me with great patience going through all of the potential issues. When the decision was to return the faulty plane a new one was sent out very quickly. Communication was fantastic throughout. Customer service and support like this is a very rare thing indeed. Could not rate higher.

Excellent service.Although it is the first RC plane that we bought for our son, and it is fragile to have the first training, I recommend the RC hobbies service.The plane broke down and they gave several tips to fix the plane.So if you want to avoid frustrations, buy your RC and the glue as part of the combo. Before doing anything, just check with them, they are very kind.We started as beginners in this hobby accompanying my son, we have a lot to learn, Above all patience. Thank you so much for your help and support.

Although the package arrived destroyed and I had to pay taxes and an extra cost for the size of the package to Spain, I have to admit that the customer service was very friendly and attentive, offering solutions for every problem. I will not buy such a large plane in New Zealand again, but I recommend the store. I´d guess they put in Red the possible tax costs for such a big and expensive plane, I bought the Radian glider. Anyway, thanks.
