There is a cabinet food. Including toasted sandwiches but they would not make plain cheese or ham and cheese. Very poor service.

On Tuesday 15th Sept I went with a friend for a coffee and had difficulty finding a clean table as they had not been wiped down. I mentioned to a staff member that the tables need cleaning & she said she would do it. NO tables were wiped clean the whole time we were there, which was for 40 mins. I saw three different lots of customers sitting one after each other at the same tables. One man took off his disposable mask and put it on the table so he could eat. After he left the table was not wiped down. There was a total absence of hygeine regarding the tables which surely would be a covid spreader if any customer was contageous. I am astounded that so many people will sit at a dirty table and just flick the crumbs on the floor. The birds on tables like it.

Hands down the best coffee and food in Warkworth. Highly recommend a pit stop here on your way north or south for a wander around Mitre10 to stretch your legs a coffee and a meal or a bite to eat at the cafe. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Ordered 2 take away coffee and cancelled the order after waiting 20 minutes. Multiple people were also asking how long for their coffee. I don’t understand why the manager didn’t get someone on the other side of the coffee machine to clear the backlog of coffees. When your business is coffee, customers don’t expect to wait so long, especially if you are located inside a Mirte 10, tradies don’t have 30 minutes to wait around for a coffee. Very disappointing.

Fantastic staff. I go to WW branch every weekend for breakfast. Very disappointed today. Prices have gone up, that’s ok, but only 1 slice of ciabatta is disappointing.

We have been here a a number of times and always find the food and setting to be quite good. However the last three times we have been here we have had Kat serve us and we find her to be very rude and quite condescending in the way she speaks not only to us but other people that have been ahead of us. I think customer service is incredibly important and she is by far the worst person we have encountered in years.

I’m giving 3 stars cause the food from the kitchen is good and the coffee is always good but there is a lady that works here which seems to have a superiority complex, she’s always rude or very short with her service and always has a problem with something and makes underhanded comments, worst part is I think she’s meant to be the manager but she’s really letting the place down. There’s another girl who has worked there for years though who is lovely!

The staff were helpful in me getting my Birthday coffee. Turns out you need to know the right words to use when ordering. Oops! Nice food, lovely decorations for Halloween too. They take pride in their workplace it’s easy to see. Clean & friendly with magazines & newspapers to browse as well. Made it a nice experience for a weary shopper

My family used to go to Columbus every Saturday, but we are very disappointed with the services provided. Last time it took them 1h15 to bring our order; I had to ask about my order three or four times and I got the same answer every time; it will be ready in 15 minutes. I was about to catch a flight, and if I didn't deliver my order, I would miss my flight. They brought my order, everything was cold and of very poor quality, and the smoothies had some plastic in them. I don't recommend it, I don't want anyone to go through this terrible experience.
