Good offers and great stuff here, but the staff at the counter Jayana (that's the name on my receipt) was so rude when asked about the loyalty program! It seems that despite the effort made by your company to develop something awesome to let your customers keep coming back for more the staff goes one step ahead and ruins it.

One word for the counter staff ..... RUDE RUDE RUDE, i was belittled! This was Tuesday 9th June and ended up leaving the store, think some Customer Service training ASAP!
