I used Real Alarm to install a simple alarm for my $6000 vehicle service was great they managed to fit me in there tight schedule that day, a few days later I encountered a problem where the keys managed to lock themselves in my car without a soul inside, I ended up having to get a locksmith in on a Sunday which we all know is the call out fee of DOOM! the team checked it out again then reassured me if something happens again bring it back and promptly paid the locksmith fee. Good companies offer great service but Great ones acknowledge their imperfections and rise above expectations! I would use them again!

They installed alarms for our two cars over 5 years ago and had a great service from these guys for great value too. I came back this time to have my alarm checked and they identified the issue after a couple of tests. They quickly fixed it and charged a very reasonable amount considering it’s well outside warranty. I’d recommend these guys.

Young little boy that work there should learn how to work with people.I get there then park so my phone rings and i sit in the car and answer my phone...while just talking about 2 min tops this little boy knocks on my window to show me i should move from the space then with attitude says can i help you while he sees iam on my phone flaging me to get out of the customer space....i will definitely take my money elsewhere...i needed sensors for my son and wife's car along with radio deck and reverse camera......what a disappointment.

Had spare keys made as the car I recently bought only had one set of keys.The key to clone was for a Toyota push-start transponder ignition system and the new key has the same functionality as the old.Same-day service, got it done in 10-15 minutes.Pricing was very reasonable for the work undertaken. I had phoned around to other autoelectrical and key security companies for this work beforehand and they all quoted $350-500 for this work - Chen quoted a fraction of these prices!Would definitely recommend to others.
