The Best Furniture Shop
We purchased a Coastwood Sleepneat single bed with 2 drawers on 1 August 2022, paying $1529 + $135 freight. The bed arrived with freight damage (exterior of a drawer scratched/dented) as well as defects in manufacturing (corner panels broken/split through poor workmanship and/or defective product design). When I reported this to the retailer, they offered to have the scratch/dent repaired" (probably wood filler and paint) but insisted that there was no damage / defects (despite the photos being provided). Over the years we have purchased many things from TV cabinets and bookshelves to bedroom furniture. So when it was time for my daughter to get a big girl bed I knew this was the place to come. The team was so helpful in getting the right size bed for the space we had, and when the mattress didn't arrive on the expected shipment they organized a nz made one to be made so that we didn't have to wait too much longer. My daughter is so happy with her big girl bed. Thank you team, you are my go to furniture shop.

We absolutely love the bunk set we bought for our 14 year old twin daughters. The bunks are wonderfully constructed and are built to last.We would have loved clearer instructions with picture details for the assembly process. However, we got there in the end and our girls love their bunks. Thank you so much for your fantastic product, we would 100% recommend.
