My husband and I walked into flooring Design Porirua quite by chance and were totally impressed with Theresa's product knowledge, passion and customer service so decided to get a quote. Kerry then came over and spent some time explaining and fine tuning ideas and recommendations suitable for our place. We then booked and dealt with Jo who was incredibly efficient, friendly and exceptional at communicating. The processes used by the company are clear and easy to read and understand. We have now had both the hard floor and carpet installed throughout our house and can say that the installers, without doubt, are the best in the business. Our floors are absolutely stunning and working with Flooring Design has been nothing but a pleasure from start to finish. The company as a whole works like a well oiled machine. Thank you Kerry, Jo, Theresa, Aaron and John! You are all champions and we appreciate your work a great deal.

Kerry, Jo and team provided the best service. They were professionalevery step of the way and extremely accommodating of my particular needs. In a world where we are waiting an age for service provision, the team got the vinyl ordered and fitted in an impressive time frame. Fantastic product and service. The team were all lovely and very helpful. We got our vinyl and carpet replaced throughout our home and their team did a great job. We had some unexpected issues with the flooring underneath our old carpet which was discovered when it was removed and the team were very accomodating in helping us get it sorted and working through the inconvenience. We really appreciated their work and would highly recommend!

Flooring Design provided an excellent service - we had to replace the vinyl in our kitchen and bathroom after historic water damage to the floor was addressed at the end of a tenancy. They were able to act really quickly, replacing the vinyl and carpet over the entire house. We ended up being able to re-tenant the property within a month. Jo, Kerry and Theresa were amazing to deal with.I walked into the shop not expecting to find what I was after but Jo’s helpfulness won me over and I didn’t want to look anywhere else. The service we received in the shop, on the phone/email and at our house from everyone was just fantastic, you definitely didn’t feel like just another customer.Jo went out of her way to find us the right lino for our laundry to match the kitchen. We loved it so much we stocked up on the materials for our other areas where we want to replace the flooring.Aaron who laid the lino tiles did a fantastic job.
