The team at Ascent are excellent. I was looking for a particular product, so I emailed them asking whether it was in stock and they confirmed it was. I ordered it at mid-day on a Wednesday and it arrived the next day at mid-day.I will certainly use Ascent again in the future.

PC office chair mat arrived very fast. Easy checkout process and good quality for price point. I originally purchased from another company who did not deliver on time, did not mention product was delayed and with no delivery date sighted. Wish I bought from Ascent Technology the first time.

Best online computer hardware store in NZ, have been buying from them for both personal and business for over 20 years. No hidden fees for credit card use or shipping. Doesn't list items as in-stock that are in fact only available for future delivery like other stores do.

First time using these guys and they had a better price then others for a barcode scanner I needed, had the stock on hand now vs other retailers offerings of buying it through them and having the supplier ship it to me in 4 to 8 weeks. My order was processed and arrived in under 24 hours. Can't ask for much more.
