DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.No week is the same , bins don't get picked up on the day you need them to be collected.Poor attitude from staff at the call centre, rude and arrogant and wanted to charge us 8 weeks of bin collections after it wasn't picked up and WASTE CO claimed it had been collected as there con drivers must put it down as collected.The managers , the call centre staff too the drivers STAY CLEAR OF WASTE COWorst residential bin service In CHCH!!I read a comment 3 years ago and same issue!Please people read the reviews and don't get ripped off and scammed by these companies, they don't care about doing the right thing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY! I would give them a rating of Zero if can. Their collection service is terrible, they didn't turn up many times and even lied saying we didn't put our bins outside. Luckily we got witness so proved it's a lie. We finally got fed up and cancelled the contract but the nightmare continues. They are supposed to refund us one month collection fee as they charged in advance. However, it's been more than three months since the cancellation and we still haven't got the refund. They've made excuses, ignored our emails, promised on the phone to refund us but then no refund showing in our account at all. A very disgusting company, they're the worst business we've encountered.

Observed wasteco working on site and was disappointed to see a lack of correct health and safety practices.

Great and easy hardfill skip dropoff for a home DIY project. Would recommend to anyone.
