Fantastic customer service! After ordering my wheatbag, it didn't show up in the post. After zero luck contacting the courier company, I got in touch with Kiwi Wheat Bags directly. Judy had me sorted out within 24 hours, she even hand delivered a replacement wheat bag for me. I also love my wheat bag! The fabric and stitching is an excellent quality. I'm a very happy customer.
