We really enjoyed our time here today, Belinda and the team were awesome super friendly, very attentive and when my child dropped their entire pizza I didn't expect that they would make another, we had 3 pizzas & loaded fries all of it was delicious!!! The place was clean, and staff checking safety by doing walk through. We enjoyed the bowling too it was nice to be away from the crowd for a bit. Thank you so much we will be back. Belinda is fabulous hold on to her!!!

I once enjoyed playing indoor sports here.I no longer play there as I am not happy with how management deals with difficult situations.Keep in mind, I played at Planet sports for 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever seen, and I’ve seen some things in my 30 years of playing indoor netball.I don’t know what to say really. I am very disappointed.I have entered many teams over the years. Even an indoor cricket team.The Arena customer values are non existent. It breaks my heart I’ve said that.

We had our Son's birthday party there today and all the staff were amazing and so helpful. The food was awesome. We would most definitely use them again. Shout out to Bilinda and the Arena ream thanks again.

Fantastic and fun place! We had our sons 6th birthday here and we loved it. Everything was made easy, Bilinda was amazing though out the booking process and on the day. Our son and his friends had a blast, jumped on bouncy castle, had some food and then the arcade games and we finished the day with a game of bowling. We will definitely be back again

We have 4 kids and it normally feels like every Birthday party venue there are dramas but not at Arena Entertainment! Was our best party by far! All the communication beforehand was great and then the lay out of the venue is so great, the fact that the booths for parties are in the centre and not stuck out the way is really good and means the kids aren't bored. Also great that you can pay $30 and bring your own food, we ordered in Dominoes. The staff were really helpful and easy-going and everything went so smoothly from each activity to the next. Doing the inflatables, arcade and bowling for $30 is such great value compared to other places, we ended up being there for 3hrs!Would highly recommend for kid's birthday parties!

This is a place where they have everything mapped out for adults and kids to be entertained. The staff are friendly and approachable, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is always full of bubbly positive people. This is why I continue to come back each week and I have decided to keep my indoor club runnin out of this center. Management of this place is AMAZING!

Albany Indoor Sports Arena always exceeds my expectations! Im always greeted by friendly staff at the counter who make me feel right at home. The facility is top-notch, featuring well-maintained courts a variety of sports options, arcade games, ten pin bowling and an indoor golfing range!. The atmosphere is always a vibe with vibrant lighting and ample seating for spectators. The cleanliness and organisation are commendable. The umpires are always friendly and go the extra mile to ensure every player enjoys there games by providing a little bit of coaching on the side. Whether you're a professional athlete or just looking for a fun game with friends, Albany Indoor Sports Arena is a goer!

Absolutely no respect or support for customers here, the place is heaving with people and the staff seem flustered and disorganised. We called in advance to book a bowling lane. When we arrived the staff member booked our lane, but got things mixed up and booked another group ahead of us, which extended our wait time. When we finally got upstairs to the bowling lane, they booked yet another group into our slot. We went back to the desk to let them know, and they simply said their system was having issues, no apology. When I asked for a refund, the staff member shook her head at me, not even bothering to ask what went wrong for us or offer any remediation.
