Had no problems for years, but then the regular guy got sick and the replacement has turned up only once in a couple of months! Every couple of days there is a new excuse! So unprofessional.

A bit of a waste of time I am afraid. Received and agreed a quote - and that was the last I saw of them. Emailed the company three times and no response. I don't mind when things don't work out - but being unresponsive is just not professional.
