Perhaps Steven's should put a white's only sign at the entrance, had the worst retail/racist experience from retail worker who pulled saucepan out of my hand, (there were no display models on back wall) then promptly showed me to front of store, and ushered me out.Not acceptable Steven's!!!!

Well laid out shop and strategically situated in the mall. Great quality items that are sold there and the periodical Special's that are run make for great shopping. Very helpful and friendly staff working there and easily go the extra mile to make things easier for your shopping experience. The huge variety of items sold here gives you so much to choose from, great price ranges. Will definitely keep on going back and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make quality purchases, to pop in and have a look at what is in store.

I live in the Far North and wanted some pans but do not like doing online shopping. Phoned this (Albany) store and they were REALLY helpful...Carol particularly...with pans being delivered 2 days later...impressed and VERY happy.Thanks Albany StoreMargie H

It's hit and miss for whether we actually buy anything here bc of high prices, so be on the lookout for storewide sales. Quite the selection here though and helpful, approachable staff. In the end, I can't knock a place too much for prices bc that just is what it is here.
