Flat tyre discovered when heading to work. Phoned Simpsons and pretty soon someone arrived, changed the tyre and took puncture away to repair. When I picked up the car f I was delighted: Repair done and tyre fitted back onto the car, spare tyre and change kit tidily put into the boot, the car had received a free safety check, the windscreen washer fluid had been filled and I was told the service was overdue. All round, I was super impressed with everything from the prompt turnup to the great and beyond what I expected with the puncture repair. Oh - and everyone was cheery and polite from start to finish. No fuss, easy drive-in and drop off. Had the puncture repaired and ready to pick up in no time at all. Highly recommended

This place is amazing. Went in and asked if they could urgently sort out my car to complete a recheck that I was on the last day of. BJ sorted it all out same day, including taking it for the recheck - now that's service! Also really reasonably priced - didn't gouge me for labour, and came in well under estimate. Can't rate highly enough!
