I had an incident there over 12 months ago with the manager. I have not been back since and don't intend to while she is manging the shop.I spoke to the owner and he said they needed me as much as I needed them.I have not needed them for over 12 months. I get the very best of service from other Waipukurau and Waipawa businesses.

Very helpful, I ordered some books which took awhile to turn up, when I went in to inquire if they had arrived yet. They instantly looked into it and had the problem sorted Pronto 3 days later my books arrived. Great job to the staff, always very friendly and helpful.
