Even some miscommunication happened about the delivery time on the invoice and prices, but their services and product are really excellent. Specifically, their driver with very good knowledge about the product to teach us how to use it and solve the access problem that we faced. Highly recommend this company and their manager Andrey.

The guys at Universal went out of their way to deliver the right machine even when we ordered the wrong height EWP. They were quick to replace the machine so the contractor could finish installing our air-con .
