Not very happy. We bought a travel sim for 60 days at the airport. The guy in the shop told us, the 60 days will start once you call the nummer. This is not true. Even it was already activated one day before we even arrived in auckland (how!?). We called/chatted the customer service, no help at all.

Please update your opening hours. I am at the international airport at 7.45 am on Sunday and it is closed. The shop was closed same time last week too.

I bought a 10GB card at the airport Vodafone stand. 10 days later my mobile said that I had spent 2 GB and the Vodafone card said that it had no more GB available. I went to a vodafone store but they didn't check the problem and I had to buy a new one. I have tried to check the error also online and nobody has done anything. To check always that the card bought it has the same GB that you have payed. Very bad service at Vodafone and Vodafone’s web!

Avoid this store!!! Total rip off!!! I wanted to change the SIM card in my phone from Australia, they told me as my phone was locked to Telstra Network it's not possible to unlock it and I had to buy a new phone. I found out IT'S POSSIBLE TO UNLOCK! After 1month this expensive phone broke and they wanted to charge for the repair more, than it originally costed.

DONT BUY HERE! Travel SIM only w/ 3G. Did not fix it, neither in the store nor in the call center. No network coverage in many regions. Nevertheless 10 GB used After 5,5 weeks. Fraudulent... My GF took SPARK: 4G and she has still data left...

Check that the sim card works before you leave the store. We purchased the $26 card which promised 1.5 Gb of data and 200 or so calls for a month. It wasnt til we were at the other end of the country and wanted to make a phone call. No . It would not work. Data ok .

Manisha, bless you and your teammate last week (21st October 2022). Manisha helped me process a replacement travel SIM card after my travel credit did not go through. At around 2:30pm I had purchased a travel SIM with Vodafone upstairs in duty free. However, the upstairs team did not gave unclear directions on how to how to activate my sim card. When I tried to call the Vodafone assistance number the phone assistant didn't understand or know how to help. I spoke to Manisha at the airport store downstairs near the arrivals exit. Both Manisha and her teammate (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) were an awesome team! They managed helping me and several other customers at once with professional and calm attitudes. Both store assistants were knowledgeful, they knew all the phone settings and tricks to fix my sim card issues. They were patient with me and instead of turning me away gave me a replacement travel SIM. This was much appreciated as my partner and I needed to leave quickly in order to drive 8hrs down to my home town for a family reunion. Today is my last day in NZ and I had the perfect amount of data for this trip.Thank you, thank you, thank you and Vodafone is lucky to have you both!

I am reaching AKL on 06 May 2023 at ~1330. Can you reserve a Vodafone SIM with package (40 GB, Unlimited calling, Unlimited text) for me to pick up when I arrive? I can prepay. This will save time. Please revert

Best deals at the airport including masses of data and includes phone calls to Australia. They'll set up your phone for you with minimal disruption, and you can call or use data (so Skype) straight away. Good app to download and can buy extra data, calls, etc if you're flagrant. Good Coverage.
