I called them to get a quote for doing the tax return for my startup... instead of giving me a quite the guy tells me, that my startup is likely to fail... I really wonder how can a companies with such a poor customer relationship even exist!

tried to get in touch twice, no response. disappointed, as they are highly rated from what I've seen.Edit: they got back in touch 2.5 weeks after I initially did, but I have already arranged to see another accountant.
