Consistently the slowest service, and the last time I went got my order mixed, wrong burger and missing my daughter's meal. I will always drive the extra distance to the airport McDonald's

Standard service and quality of fast food, you eat it because you can’t be bothered cooking or you are in a rush.However the fact they advertise 24 hour and they aren’t is a huge pain because some days they are, some days they aren’t.The 24 hour sign also says 7 days.

Not great, almost every time something is wrong with our order or it takes a really long time. We live close but from now on I think we’ll drive a little further to Hornby for better quality. Swapping our Big Mac for a McChicken (eww) was the final straw.

For such a nice new business I can not believe how dirty the floors and toilets are it’s not bin cleaned in a very long time just makes me wonder what it’s like where they cook

Nice and quite McDonald's to go to and can hear yourself talk.No napkins with delivery of food. Had to go on hunt for some that were at front counter.The photos of burgers always look good and yet was really disappointing when you receive them. Been a while since had McDonald's.

Our order was missing items but they did quickly rectify this when we requested. The playground was excellent, kept the kids busy. The toilets did need a little attention but not as bad as some other fast food restaurant toilets.Overall happy and would go back.

We have eaten green fries twice in a row at here.Moreover, they don’t seem to take this matter seriously. They simply kept saying they could provide us with another serving, without expressing any intention to address the food safety issue or investigate the source of these green potatoes. It is widely known that consuming green potatoes can have severe consequences, even leading to death. What's even more ironic is that we encountered green fries for the second time while consuming a meal redeemed with a compensation voucher given to us after the first incident. We informed them again, but this time they didn't offer any compensation measures. We will not choose there in the future, and we will inform all our friends not to come here!

Went in to get a coffee at 9.15pm but the lady stated the Cafe was closed after 9pm.Thats just stupid as you can get a horrible fatty burger anytime but can't even get a coffee...Considering the McCafe sign was still on and lit up they need to turn that off.Staff should be less rude there when you ask why they don't do coffee after 9pm.
