Comfortable unit at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, our stay in July 2021, was at the same time as renovations were under way in an adjacent unit. The sound of powertools being used from 8am took the edge of an otherwise pleasant stay.

This Motel is the tops, 5 star, just wonderful, the hosts Lynda & Kevin's hospitality is truly amazing. The cleanliness has to be admired, spotless. Beautiful comfy beds & pillows. Super bathroom, spacious rooms, car parking spaces The homemade biscuits are the best, so yummy. We have stayed at Assure Highpark Motel Greymouthfour times , every stay has been perfect, we can recommend to all that you will be made to feel welcome & have an enjoyable stay .

Great stay! Rooms are very well appointed. Sky Television with more channels than other establishments in Greymouth. Good location near to Greymouth. Room servicing is flexible to customers needs. Provides information on where to place amenities should they be replaced the following day (e.g: towels and bathmats). Had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again or using other Asure franchise establishments around NZ.

Lynda and Kevin were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Picked me up from railway station no charge. Unit was lovely, fabulous bathroom, great shower and really good price. Definitely would stay again. No hesitation in recommending.

You are able to get a cheaper rate if you ring these guys directly... don't go through the booking websites!I booked a double room unit. It was very spacious with a large shower with great pressure. Heaters in the room were very good and there was no problem with warmth. Sky TV was available including the movie and children's channels. Parking was right outside the room with a light to keep the vehicle secure.Staff were friendly and very easy to deal with.I intend to stay there on my next trip to Greymouth.

WE WENT TO THE BREEZE MOTEL WERE WE BOOKED IT WAS FILTHY COULDNT UNDERSTAND THE OWNER HE WAS SO RUDE .WE SAID THE TV DOSENT WORK WE TOLD HIM AND HE SAID IT WAS THE LAST PEOPLE .SO WE LEFT AND WENT TO THIS LOVELY MOTEL AND OWNERS TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENEDAND THEY WERE SO HELPFULLOVELY OWNERS THEY COULDNT DO ENOUGH FOR US.MADE A SO WELCOME.MOTEL WAS SPOTLESS ,STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY..KIND REGARDS TRISH BARRY WE WILL GO BACK

The unit was huge with 2 bedrooms (Queen and single in each) and it was noted that the couch was also convertible to a bed.The bathroom was reasonably large and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water.Kitchen was basic but more than adequate.TV had the full Sky TV" suite of channelsThe unit was spotless and modern.Management was very helpful and went beyond the norm to accommodate our needs.Have also stayed in the associated "Gables" motel (next door) and found that also a very nice to stay when visiting Greymouth."
