great size and price! very unfortunate that some of their staff is so unfriendly, had a very unpleasant move in with a female staff member who was very condescending and rude which is very disappointing seeing the other great experiences other people have had !

We have used Storage King for many years to store the odds and ends that just wont fit in the house. It is a very clean and dry environment that we can safely store our precious belongings. Also the lady that helped us in the Lower Hutt branch was SUPER happy and helpful!

Great service and friendly staff. The prices comparatively were good and the units are clean, it is very secure, they have trolleys to move your gear, access is easy, you can also hire vehicles to move. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Glenda is one of the best employees I have ever met in business. Her easy friendly manner has enabled us to maintain a healthy relationship with storage king Lower Hutt. She has as a result of going out of her way to solve issues prevented us from taking our business elsewhere and we know that should any issues arise all we have to do is telephone Glenda and she will resolve them to everybody's satisfaction. If I had a vacancy available for a front office person in my business I would try and entice her to come and work for me!!

A fantastic friendly team and great service!!! Lower Hutt SK is definitely worth the drive, you can get plenty of clean, secure storage space and staff were lovely to deal with (even during the Christmas season!!). Highly recommended.

Cheap and clean storage units. Reflected in the is how difficult they are to access. Up a storage lift (has been broken down once) and down long corridors, some sloping upwards. Top level is stifling hot on hot days and the lights are only on timer for 15 minutes meaning you have to stop and walk back to the senor. Friendly and helpful staff

Secure storage for our goods with just the right size container for furniture from a one-bedroom flat. A helpful friendly staff member showed us how to use the lift to send the trolley load of goods up. The corridors are clean and well lighted. Exit signs show the way out. Fee for storage seems reasonable

Simon and the staff have been great. Furniture was safe, dry and amazingly dust free. Willing to work with us every step of the way through our move, storage and moving back out. Excellent customer service was above and beyond. Place was accessible, clean and very safe.
