They have overcharged me every time I’ve gone in and I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt but the last straw was them trying to claim that an alternator (alone, no gst or extra costs) for a Yaris would be $750.

They will rip you off and overcharge you no doubt.Went in for a wof. A tail light was damaged so it didn’t pass. They claimed they were unable to put a new light in without changing the bumper as it was damaged too. Accepted it then but looking back, after they have now overcharged me multiple times, it was not damaged enough to matter, nor did they even try to put the light in. Ended up paying $1500 (in cash, would’ve been over $2000 otherwise).

All my family car and work truck doing wof there for couple of years friendly service and honest not like other garages. Sadly they can't do my boat trailer wof because the space but quite understandable.

Don't be lured by the cheap WOF. Car failed for tedious reasons and repairs were priced at $700 or $530 if cash, hmmm. Waste of time and money as car passed fine at another mechanic on the same day, who laughed at the results of this one.

Excellent service again! These people have solved a long running problem with my Citroen that the big branded service centres and all their fancy computers could not. They did this by actually taking the car for a drive and diagnosing the problem. Well done. I would recommend.

The owner is Chinese I think, and he’s alright. I went in to get a noise checked out which everyone was saying it was a wheel bearing. The other Chinese guy checked my car and made me pay $400 to fix something that didn’t even fix the problem.. he then said I needed 2 wheel bearings which was about another 400 each. Fk that. Went to another mechanic who said 1 wheel bearing and my car has been good ever since.. never taking my car back to 4s auto ever againI took my car to auto centre otahuhu.. much more honest and reliable

Went to get my wof today, and although it failed, the guy showed me all the concerns and how to prevent some! I really appreciated his advice and will definitely be coming back

My Dad have always used the services provided by Steven & Edmond until he passed away late last year. So, I have decided to continue going to them. Brought my car in for a full service and WOF today and all I can say is that the service provided by them them is top notch and so close to home too. Highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and get second opinions and quotes for so called WOF failures. Got overcharged by miles, realized it after i did some research on the prices. Definitely not going back!

Have been using these guys for warrants for over 5 years (2 cars + trailer) - always found them honest and professional.They have changed brakes etc and other mechanical problems that we felt needed attention for safe motoring.Easy to deal with – I will keep going to them.Thanks guys.
